Questions
Does 0rto work on any Shopify plan?
Yes. The COD form works on every Shopify plan; you don't need Shopify Plus.
Do I need to pay for WhatsApp or OTP separately?
No other account is needed. WhatsApp codes and reminders are paid from your 0rto wallet, only for what's sent, at a few cents each. New stores get free credit to try them.
Will it slow down my store?
No. The form loads after your page, from Shopify's own app block, and weighs less than most product images.
Where do the orders go?
Into Shopify as normal orders, marked as Cash on Delivery, with tags you can filter by. Your fulfillment and courier apps keep working.
Can customers pay online too?
Yes. They can switch to prepaid in your Shopify checkout, and you can ask risky orders for a small advance there. 0rto never handles payments.
How do I cancel?
Uninstall 0rto from Shopify (Settings → Apps). Billing stops and your product pages go back to Shopify's own buttons.
